Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – From Toes to Head At From Toes to Head, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best possible service and manage our appointments efficiently, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to our booking and cancellation terms outlined below. Making a Booking Appointments are confirmed once full payment is received or a deposit (if applicable) is paid. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to our terms and conditions as stated herein. Cancellations & Refunds If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone (07766 644999) or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are non-refundable, regardless of reason, as we are unlikely to refill the appointment on short notice. If you cancel your appointment 7 days or more in advance, you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid. If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 24 hours in advance, the fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost. Exceptions for Rebooking Only We understand that unexpected events may arise. In the following circumstances, rescheduling (not refunds) will be permitted, provided official proof is submitted within 7 days of the missed appointment: Medical illness (GP or NHS-issued doctor’s certificate required) Bereavement (official death certificate or funeral notice required for immediate family) Please note: these exceptions do not include general inconvenience, work conflicts, transportation issues, or other non-emergency reasons. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice is treated as a missed appointment and is non-refundable. Late Arrivals Appointments will finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. This ensures fairness to other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of the practitioner and treated as a no-show. Mobile Appointments for Elderly Foot Care Please ensure the client is available at the confirmed address and time. If no one is present upon arrival, this will be treated as a no-show. Your Rights This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
