Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Ancient Thais treated a number of ailments by using massage to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. To give full body experience and to work on all energy lines takes 2 hours, but this can be an hour treatment as well, where practitioner choose to work where is mostly needed.
